once your order is placed you will receive:

• a second email with tracking once your order ships

15–20 business days after processing

delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs

3. SHIPPING ORIGINS
orders are shipped from the closest available warehouse with your item in stock

if unavailable locally your order may ship internationally which can increase delivery time

4. PRE-ORDERS
some pieces are released as pre-orders

these items are not immediately in stock and require extended processing time

you will receive updates on estimated shipping timelines via email

orders with pre-order items may be:

• shipped together once ready

• or split into multiple shipments

by placing a pre-order you accept possible delays due to production and logistics

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
zodusarch is not responsible for customs fees or taxes applied during or after shipping

all additional charges are the responsibility of the customer

6. DAMAGES
if your order arrives damaged

contact us immediately via email
include clear photos of the package and product

7. SHIPPING DETAILS
please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate

8. PAY FOR DELIVERY (LOGISTICS FEE)
if you choose the pay for delivery option

you will not pay shipping at checkout

you will be contacted when your order is on the way or at your location to pay the delivery fee directly to the logistics rider

delivery will only be completed once the logistics fee is paid

orders affected by incorrect details are not eligible for refunds
